Consists of 3% aluminum, 2.5% vanadium and 94.5% pure titanium.

Exclusive to our titanium is the "R" grade processing. "R" for radically aligned crystals. Increases strength and durability.

All tubesets are cold-worked and stress relieved for increased stiffness and durability.

Possess a minimum yield strength of 105 ksi and a minimum ultimate tensile strength of 125 ksi.

Has an annealed elongation of 15-30% and a cold-worked ductility of 10%.

Has a fatigue strength-to-weight ratio roughly three times that of 4130 chrome-moly steel.
