Policies and Pricing


We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.

SHIPPING (Continental U.S.)


Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight. We will contact customers prior to shipping to confirm.

Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.


Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.


Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.


We will happily customize your new bicycle to your specifications: component groups, wheels, and fit items such as stems and handlebars, and we will modify the final price accordingly to account for items of lesser or greater value than the original specifications.  We ask for payment before we perform any customization.

If you are looking for something that you don't see here, we are happy to special order it for you. All special orders under $100 are to be paid in full at the time of the order; special orders of more than $100 require a 50% deposit paid at the time of order. Special order items that are returned may be subject to a restocking fee.

We also have a saddle demo program. You can try out any of our demo saddles on your own bike for a few days so you can test the fit in real riding. Bring it back undamaged and try another one, until you find the saddle that works for you. We will pre-authorize - not charge - your credit card for the purchase price. No racing on demo equipment, please.


We are committed to your satisfaction and we want to earn your business. If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can bring it to our store. Returned merchandise that appears used may be subject to a restocking fee. Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., tune-ups, custom built wheels. If at any time you are dissatisfied with the service we performed for you, we welcome the opportunity to make it right for you.

We know that a bicycle purchase can represent a significant investment and we are committed to spending the time with you in order to put you on the right bike for you and your needs. Complete bike purchases and custom builds are not returnable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call or come in and speak to a manager.

And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create.
